I wanted to thank Lily specifically, not only because she has been a super supportive and helpful partner but also because she has worked really hard to get the advertisement we are using in our project. She had the idea to reach out to her specific professor and while we have all been really busy these past few weeks, she has gone out of her way to meet with him and create content for them to discuss in this ad. I just feel like she has shown a high level of commitment to helping our group and the project; she goes above and beyond to help create a powerful project that not only meets the criteria but also make something that is entertaining and engaging for any audience. She has been a great partner and classmate to work with these past few weeks and throughout the entire semester, I am really thankful for her work and commitment.
I want to start off by thanking both of my group partners, Kiera and Mariyalee. They both did such amazing jobs doing their part of the project and coming up with really great ideas. Working with both of them definitely made this project a lot easier because we didn’t but heads together. I want to thank Kiera for being on top of all the props we needed and making sure we recorded well and had good even quality volume. I want to thank Mariyalee for being so patient and coming up with some clutch ideas that took our project to the next level we needed. Working with them the past few weeks has made this project so much and not stressful at all. I also want to thank them both for just being so easy to work with. Once we heard the prompt we knew exactly what we wanted to do and who was going to be what part and I’m so thankful they made that so easy. I’m also really proud of my group for making time to work on this project and meet up to work together. The project wouldn’t be the same without them and I am so grateful for them and all the work they put in.

Frankie is always thinking of ways to add some comedic relief when things are getting too serious. So thank you Frankie for the laughs. I also want to thank Brady D who has also been a huge help in our project and who will be helping with the editing and putting together of the clips. Brady although a little quiet at times always has good things to say and ideas to add. So thankful for getting the opportunity to work with the both of you!
This is going to be a difficult one to answer, but the first person that I would like to thank is Marena. I thank her for being such a fun person and bringing good vibes to every meeting. I also admire how she was kind of behind at the beginning of the semester but then quickly caught on and worked extremely hard every day. She was also amazing team player who brought really good ideas to our group and helped edit our video. She stayed focused the entire time, never gave up and really brought energy and good vibes every day. I thank her for that. Another person that I would like to thank is Frankie. She has been super helpful in giving positive and informative feedback whenever possible. I think she is the person who helped me the most and made more confident in myself because she gave really helpful feedback, she always had a good head on her shoulders and she is just a great human being in general. I think every person was super helpful and supportive, but I think these are the people I wanted to bring up.

Lily reached out to her professor to film an advertisement during one of her classes for the project. I really appreciated this and it showed her commitment to the project. Alyssa is always coming up with new ideas to develop our projects. I also got to work with Alyssa on the first collaborative speech and she was always so positive and made the speech go smoothly. Sarah has also been super helpful in the development of this project. She is always updating the Google doc with new ideas and came up with the idea for the introduction of our project. She also gives great feedback. Overall, working with each of them has made this project less stressful and they’ve been great at communicating and committing to the work.
I wish I could thank everyone individually since I believe everyone in this class has been super supportive and welcoming for each other, and we were all able to pick each other up and provide good feedback for each other, however I would like to specifically thank a couple people from the class, first Taryn. Taryn has been a super supportive and positive partner or group mate in a few of my speeches and has offered a lot to the class. Not only with the group speeches but also with the solo speeches, we always practiced our solo speeches with each other and gave each other feedback. I was able to bounce ideas off of her and provide her with adjustments as well. She also always brought a lot of energy and good responses to other people’s speeches. The next person I’d like to thank is Josephine. She provided such great experience editing our speech 4 project. I’m incredibly thankful for the way she was able to help us bring the ideas we had for our project together. she also gave some very valuable ideas and provided some equipment that made our video look more professional. Our project definitely wouldn’t have turned out the way we hoped it would without her.

Everyone in this class deserves a pat on the back for their hard work, and for the constant support they show the whole class. I would have not been able to deliver my speeches with confidence if it weren’t for this class. Individually though, I wanted to thank Kassidy. Kassidy and I both came into this class knowing no one and she sat down next to me on the first day since then we have benefitted from each other all semester. She is very supportive, kind, and not afraid to give me constructive criticism. On top of these attributes, she works hard and completes all work on time. This speech and our speech 2 would not have turned out the way they did if it weren’t for her. Additionally, I would like to thank Casey for his hard work in this last speech. Admittedly, Kassidy and I are not the best with technology and Casey volunteered to edit our video as well as come prepared with a camera lens so our video would be clear. He has been on top of his work throughout the whole project and was not afraid to throw ideas into our speech.

We would meet up and listen to each other say our speeches and give feedback to each other. I noticed every time we delivered a speech, or a version of one of our speeches, she was typically always the first person to raise her hand and give some positive feedback to everyone. She’s one of the most caring and considerate people that I have met at this school and she just has so much charm. She’s very creative and is great at public speaking. I want to just start off by saying thank you to everyone for being so kind and supportive and sitting there and listening to me give speeches and applaud for me when I’m done even if my speech was boring or it wasn’t entertaining enough and also giving great feedback so I can do even better on the next one. I want to thank my partner Nikki for being a great partner over this past semester with the speeches that we have done together, it was a lot of fun. We made some great speeches and taught a great skill I also want to thank Jack for saying what’s always on his mind and making me and probably everyone else laugh And I want to end it by just saying thank you to Professor Miller for being a great teacher and being really supportive and helpful to all of us over this past semester.

Public speaking can be a very vulnerable thing and I think as the class progressed, I just kept getting even more comfortable with speaking in front of everyone. I feel like we had a very good atmosphere. I want to thank Marena for always coming in with a positive attitude. Not only does she give really good feedback, but she is also someone who can always make me smile. She brightens up the room and I’m very glad I met someone like her in this class. I also want to thank Jack. He is a very outgoing and funny person and from what I saw public speaking came pretty easy to him. I admire his energy and passion for it and hope that one day I can be as comfortable as him in front of a large group of people! Lastly, I want to thank Brady D. He was very supportive during the speech that we did together and I enjoyed working with him.
I want to thank my group members from Project 4, Frankie and Adria. This project was a difficult one, and definitely time consuming. However, all three of us were able to collaborate with each other to complete our talk show and create high quality video to present to the class. I was in charge of editing, which was a tough task, but both Frankie and Adria helped me out to ensure I wasn’t doing most of the work. They also were fun to work with, as we were able to bounce ideas off of each other and incorporate the appropriate amount of humor into our video. I also want to thank Pujan for being supportive this semester. Pujan and I were able to talk about assignments outside of class, helping each other generate ideas and polish our work as a whole. Everyone I was able to work with this semester did a fabulous job, and we should all be proud of the progress we made from the start of this class, to now.
I think that everyone in our class deserves a thank you for being very supportive of each other and giving nice/considerate comments on everyone’s speeches. There are a lot of us but everyone is very welcoming of each other. But if I had to pick two people from the class to thank I would pick Maddy and Taryn, for picking me to be a part of our Speech 4 group. Especially since I wasn’t there on the day everyone chose groups for this project. Both were very positive and so helpful with organizing and planning this speech with me. I’m happy they asked to include me. I think we all learned a lot about our major since we all share the same one. And because we all have the same major Maddy and Taryn reached out to some of the pre-pharm year two students and interviewed them when I couldn’t be there. Maddy was a really great news anchor and sounded so professional in our final presentation, Taryn did a great job as the news reporter conducting all the interviews and helping come up with questions to ask each person. Taryn also bought some clip-on microphones that really elevated the quality of our video. Our project turned out so much better than I thought and it was because of all of the effort we all put into it that’s why I’d have to thank Maddy and Taryn for their amazing ideas and enthusiasm about this project and all of their speeches this semester!
I would like to thank Melanie, Pujan, and Jack. This class made my friendship with Melanie blossom, and now I have a roommate for next year that makes me eager to come back to school. Pujan was so helpful while I was getting caught up in this class, especially at the beginning of the year, and without Mel and Puj being there and showing me what to expect and bring to the class, I wouldn’t have succeeded. Jack always came to our meetings with a ready attitude and a brain full of ideas. He wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts and made sure the final product we produced was something all of us could be proud of. I am really glad I joined this class, because not only did I learn so much about public speaking, but I was also honored to be a part of the little public speaking family in that classroom.

I absolutely loved working with my group members. Alyssa always had fresh and really useful ideas along with her editing skills. I know I couldn’t edit at all so I’m really thankful for her for that. Grace always kept us in check and focused, or at least me anyways. I am HIGHLY distractable so having Grace there really really helped. Sarah was just fantasitc. It was really fun getting to know her and she helped a lot with executing all of our ideas and creating amazing ideas herself and you could tell she was committed to the project.

And because we all have the same major Maddy and Taryn reached out to some of the pre-pharm year two students and interviewed them when I couldn’t be there. Maddy was a really great news anchor and sounded so professional in our final presentation, Taryn did a great job as the news reporter conducting all the interviews and helping come up with questions to ask each person. Taryn also bought some clip-on microphones that really elevated the quality of our video. Our project turned out so much better than I thought and it was because of all of the effort we all put into it that’s why I’d have to thank Maddy and Taryn for their amazing ideas and enthusiasm about this project and all of their speeches this semester!
I would like to thank Melanie, Pujan, and Jack. This class made my friendship with Melanie blossom, and now I have a roommate for next year that makes me eager to come back to school. Pujan was so helpful while I was getting caught up in this class, especially at the beginning of the year, and without Mel and Puj being there and showing me what to expect and bring to the class, I wouldn’t have succeeded. Jack always came to our meetings with a ready attitude and a brain full of ideas. He wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts and made sure the final product we produced was something all of us could be proud of. I am really glad I joined this class, because not only did I learn so much about public speaking, but I was also honored to be a part of the little public speaking family in that classroom.
First I wanna thank everybody in the class, I thought everybody always did amazing. Everybody was always so supportive and kind throughout the whole semester. First I want to thank Frankie. She always had so many positive things to say and always came into class with a smile and just kept the positivity in the room alive and she was always someone that you could count on to give good feedback. Another person I want to thank is Jack. Jack always made class easier by throwing in a few jokes here and there. He always had amazing energy and came to class ready to give his speeches. From what I saw, public speaking came easy to him and thought he was great at it! Lastly I want to thank my partner Brady, he always gave good energy and always came to class with a positive attitude. Throughout all the partner projects he was great with always providing good feedback and making sure the workload was fair and that our speeches were as great as we could make them.
I absolutely loved working with my group members. Alyssa always had fresh and really useful ideas along with her editing skills. I know I couldn’t edit at all so I’m really thankful for her for that. Grace always kept us in check and focused, or at least me anyways. I am HIGHLY distractable so having Grace there really really helped. Sarah was just fantasitc. It was really fun getting to know her and she helped a lot with executing all of our ideas and creating amazing ideas herself and you could tell she was committed to the project.
